| Hi. My name is Anna, I'm 14, and this is my diet journal. 5'8" HW: 140 LW: 115 CW: 136 GW: 120 Personally, I think I've always struggled with an ED. Even as a kid I was so picky with my food, afraid to eat cookies and chips in fear of getting fat. No matter how healthy I asked my mum to make sure I ate, I got big anyways. I miss being 70, 80, 90lbs.. I miss being a skinny kid. Now I'm a borderline-obese kid and it sucks. If you're against dieting, please don't flame. It only makes me feel worse. |
